Being a coach is about far more than teaching technique – it’s about shaping confident, resilient, and motivated young people. Coaches play a vital role in helping athletes set goals, overcome challenges, and build lifelong skills both on and off the snow. The experience is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to be part of an athlete’s journey and witness their growth in sport and in life.
