Athlete Development
What We Offer
In addition to regular club training, Ski New Brunswick offers a variety of programs aimed at developing skier skills, promoting competition, and fostering a love for the sport. We deliver a range of training programs and camps designed to support athlete development from entry-level racing through to high-performance and FIS competition. Guided by an athlete-centered, long-term development approach, these programs are tailored to the age, skill level, and competitive goals of each group, emphasizing technical skills, physical conditioning, and personal growth.

Technical Camp
The U10-U12 Technical Camp builds strong foundational skills in young athletes while fostering a love for the sport. The camp focuses on technique, balance, edging, turn mechanics, confidence building, and a positive team environment.
Speed Camp
Open to U12-U21 athletes, this camp develops confidence, tactical awareness, and technical execution in Super G and Giant Slalom through progressive course setting, video feedback, and targeted drills.
Girls Fast Forward Camp
The Ski NB All-Girls Camp for U10-U18 athletes provides a supportive and empowering environment led primarily by experienced female coaches, with emphasis on progression, mentorship, and confidence.
Pre-Season Training Camp
The U14-U21 Pre-Season Training Camp prepares athletes for the race season through focused on-snow training, technical refinement, physical readiness, free skiing, gate training, and targeted drills.
Post-Season Camp
The Ski NB Post-Season Camp helps athletes consolidate progress in a relaxed, high-quality environment with emphasis on technical refinement, strong habits, creativity, and long-term development.

Performance Programs
The Ski NB High Performance Pathway provides a structured progression that supports athletes as they develop the technical skills, physical capacity, and competitive mindset needed to advance in alpine ski racing.
U14 High Performance Program
The Ski NB U14 High Performance Program supports emerging athletes through a balanced combination of on-snow training and structured off-snow preparation. The program focuses on technical fundamentals, athleticism, race-specific skills, tactical awareness, consistency, strength, coordination, and physical literacy.
U16 High Performance Program
The Ski NB U16 High Performance Program advances athlete development through a performance-driven approach that builds technical precision, tactical execution, race-day consistency, training intensity, strength, conditioning, and injury prevention.
